Smoothing the border of a marquee

With Fireworks 3, you can eliminate excess pixels along the edges of selected pixels. This is useful if excess pixels appear along the border of a pixel selection, or marquee, after using the Magic Wand tool.

To smooth the border of a marquee:

1	Choose Edit > Modify Marquee > Smooth.
	The Smooth Selection dialog box opens.
2	Enter a sample radius to specify the desired degree of smoothing, and click OK.
